Then, you will find the icon appear on the taskbar at the bottom of the screen. Then you can proceed to the next step.<\/p>\n<p>&#160;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Activate a capture mode<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please click the icon on the taskbar, and a menu appears as illustrated below.&#160; Please choose any of the three capture modes to start capturing screen shots. <\/p>\n<p><strong><font size=\"2\" face=\"Tw Cen MT\">Three capture modes:<\/font> <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Capture region mode<\/strong>\u2014selecting <strong>Capture region<\/strong> on the menu or pressing <strong>Print<\/strong> on the keyboard, you can activate the region mode and start to capture any area on your screen. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Capture window mode<\/strong>\u2014choosing <strong>Capture window<\/strong> on the menu or hitting <strong>Alt+Print<\/strong> on the keyboard, you can activate the capture window mode to capture windows by clicking on the window you want to capture. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Capture full screen mode<\/strong>\u2014clicking on <strong>Capture full screen<\/strong> on the menu, or hitting <strong>Ctrl+Print<\/strong>, you can activate the full screen mode to capture the whole screen instantly. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/online.verypdf.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/image60.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-right-width: 0px; display: inline; border-top-width: 0px; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-left-width: 0px\" title=\"Three capture creenshot modes\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Three capture creenshot modes\" src=\"https:\/\/online.verypdf.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/image60_thumb.png\" width=\"230\" height=\"94\" \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>VeryPDF Shareshot can also automatically remember the last screenshot, so if you choose <strong>Capture last region<\/strong>, you don\u2019t have to repeat the action you\u2019ve just done.<\/p>\n<p>&#160;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Capture screenshots<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3.1. If choose <strong>Capture window<\/strong>, the windows or dialog boxes on the screen will be frozen, and you can click on the window or dialog box you want to capture. The built-in image editor will be openned instantly with the selected window or dialog box in the editor interface. <\/li>\n<li>3.3.
